Put the proposed deal on one page. This worksheet estimates cash after entered costs and helps you identify unanswered questions. It does not value your NIL or approve a deal.
Entries stay in this browser tab and are not submitted to us. Reloading clears them. Print a copy if you want to keep your work.
How to read the numbers
Cash after entered costs equals promised cash minus estimated costs. Cash per hour divides that amount by total work hours. Both exclude tax, payment risk and noncash items. They are planning estimates, not a market-rate recommendation.
A negative result means the entered costs exceed the promised cash. A positive result does not establish that the deal is fair, lawful, collectible or a good fit. Usage rights and exclusivity can matter even when the workload is small.
